Superior hotel, excellent value for money, what else to wish for. We got a superior queen room which was air-conditioned. We had goodies and coffee at Eleven Vietnamese Restaurant, it was located quite close to the venue...

Great location surrounded by numerous cafes and bars. Key locations such as the Presidential Palace and Old Post Office are easily accessible on foot. The hotel offers a lovely terrace on the first floor, perfect for enjoying a cold drink after a long day. Wi-fi was fast and reliable, which made it easy to stay connected.
The bathroom showerheads were handheld which was not very convenient. Additionally, there were some debris on one floor of the fire escape that could have blocked a fast exit in an emergency. However, the hotel staff was professional and friendly. it was a good stay, with minor issues that could be improved in the future.

Located in the heart of the city center, the hotel is situated right near Ben Thanh markets, which is a plus for those who enjoy being in the action of everything. the rooms are well-appointed, although some may be small and have little to no windows. the breakfast is good and the staff are excellent, always willing to help with any queries and arrange trips and transport.
One aspect that could use improvement is noise insulation, as some reviews report hearing noise from the corridors and above early in the morning.
